SERVICES

INVENTORY AND SCHEDULE OF CONDITION
-
The Inventory inspection takes place before the tenancy begins and provides a clear, detailed description and condition of the property and its contents.
-
High resolution photos are taken as supporting evidence.
-
Latest technology is used which ensures the inventory reports are compiled quickly and efficiently.
-
Smoke, heat and carbon monoxide alarms are tested for power only and meter readings are taken.
-
Having a detailed inventory can help prevent deposit disputes at the end of the tenancy.
INVENTORY AND CHECK-IN
-
Inventory and Check-In service ensures everything is perfectly documented from day one.
-
On the moving date, we provide a complete Inventory and Schedule of condition and host a professional 'meet and greet' with new tenants at the property to officially complete the check-in process, which includes keys handover.
CHECK OUT
-
Conducted at the end of the tenancy, the check out inspection provides a clear, side-to-side comparison of the property's condition.
-
If the original inventory was not conducted by us, we integrate the original inventory into our system, which makes it easy to review changes from inventory to check out.
-
Liabilities are also suggested.
MIDTERM INSPECTON
-
Carried out during the tenancy, Midterm inspections are essential for assessing the ongoing condition of the property.
-
At Precise Property Inventory we recommend scheduling these every 6 months.
-
To save you time, we are are happy to liaise directly with tenants to arrange property access.
-
Our detailed reports flag any property damage or maintenance issues, while also monitoring for unauthorized pets, smoke odours or over-occupancy.
-
We believe regular midterm checks offer peace of mind that the property is being properly maintained and cared for appropriately throughout tenancy.
